| Neutralising Solution 22 20 90 Application: For neutralisation of aqueous, alkaline solutions - especially for rinsing solutions when cleaning the fountain solution circuit with Cleaning Concentrate 2080. After draining the used rinsing solution (with Cleaning Concentrate 2080, pH approx. 10 - 11) the circuit has to be rinsed with water for removing alcaline residues. In order to quickly decrease the pH value to around 5, the required amount of Neutralising Solution 22 20 90 has to be added to this rinsing water. After the rinsing process and neutralisation the pH value in the fountain solution system should be approx. 5. Dilution indication: For neutralisation of the circuit in the printing machine during the last rinsing process with tap water please proceed as follows:
With 1 kg of Neutralising Solution 22 20 90 about 1.8 kg (1.3 kg) of undiluted Cleaning Concentrate 2080 can be adjusted to a pH value of 7 (5). Rating: Density (g/ml): appr. 1.0 pH-Value: appr. 2.0 Packing: Carton with 12 bottles of 1 kg Cans of 10 and 25 kg Drums of 130 and 220 kg The specifications given in this brochure are based on laboratory tests and practical experience.
