Cleaning Agent for Spray Nozzles E 1024

for cleaning in an ultrasound bath

Characteristics:
When the performance of the spray dampening units gets poorer and the dampening gets more and more inhomogenous over the width of the spray bar, we recommend to clean the spray nozzles in an ultrasound bath.

Cleaning Agent for Spray Nozzles E 1024 reliably removes residues in order to regain an optimal spray image.

Application:
For achieving an optimal cleaning performance, please observe the following indications:

- Fill up the ultrasound bath with Cleaning Agent for Spray Nozzles E 1024 and put the dismounted spray nozzles in this bath.
- Cleaning time approx. 10 to 15 min, depending on the degree of soiling
- The cleaning time can be extended until all residues are completely removed

Safety measures:
Regarding the filling hight of the oscillating tank with Cleaning Agent for Spray Nozzles E 1024 please see the operator's manual of the ultrasound bath.

Avoid eye and skin contact.
Observe safety regulations.

Carton with 12 PET bottles of 1 l
Cans of 10 and 25 l
